Meet the team: Veronica - Customer Happiness

Customer Happiness at Lovepop is my everything. You'll often find me glued to my phone chatting with customers on social media, email, or sometimes on a good old-fashioned phone call (retro!).

I joined the team six months ago back when we were part of the TechStars Boston program. Although it wasn't long ago, things have changed a lot since then. We've launched tons of fantastic new products, appeared on Shark Tank, and met many wonderful Lovepop friends along the way.

It's been a whirlwind, but the entire team is super excited about introducing Lovepop to new people in any way we can.

A little more about me: I love, love, love connecting with our customers, can survive for days on nothing but coffee and bacon, and my current favorite Lovepop is the Kraken card. Oh, I also shoot most of the photos you see on our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.

Taking glamour shots of our lovely products is one of my favorite things to do. They're beyond cool on their own but pair them with a fun setting and props, and Lovepops are a photographer's dream.

Enough about me. If you ever have questions, concerns, or want to know where to send bacon - send me an email at veronica@lovepopcards.com.

Can't wait to hear from you :)

I do stairs for my grand kids. But I could not keep with the demand…I just do them for my grandchildren. Why don’t you make themes like Juliet and Romeo….I am going to try and see if I can make a Juliet and Romeo…or the skyline of Chicago.

I saw one of your creations, my co-worker purchased one while in New York, but I was wondering if you have cards catered to musicians and singers?

Do you make love cards with black faces, other than the basketball? Like maybe the wedding ones? If so you would never know it looking at your display at South Station in Boston.
