Our designer Joe has loved the “Star Wars” franchise since he was a kid. “I love this robot,” he says. “It can't talk in words yet. It's very expressive and has a personality with just those beeping noises.” In a collaboration.” Joe and Norma, another Lovepop designer, teamed up to engineer an awesome sculpture that pays proper homage to the classic scene. Joe’s favorite part of this design? “The shiny silver paper that was used in combination with the white, printed detail pieces for R2-D2.”
